Client is looking to have a bigger kitchen and dining space with open concept. Thus, opening up the kitchen space by hacing away the kitchen wall and put an island. Convert a room by hacking the wall into a big dining area. Client also looking to conceal the bomb shelter. Thus, a feature wall with fluted panel is constructed to conceal the bomb shelter and another bedroom and go along with TV feature wall. Proposed to seal up main master bedroom door and construct a separate entrance to master bedroom by sliding glass door, not only to maintain natural light coming in but also aesthetically looks beautiful.
