The interior project is for a 2 level, 5000 sq ft, 5 bedroom condominium apartment with a private pool at the balcony at Leedon Residence. The apartment costs 8 figures. A 12m long, 5m wide and 8m high loft space at the living and dining space in the apartment inspires the concept of the interior design. The strategy is to do more to enhance this loft. Timber Walnut veneer is clad over the two numbers of 8m high bare unfinished columns to enhance the height of the loft. Wall lights are installed to throw accent glows at the mid level of the columns. Two huge 1.6m diameter x 0.8m ht Fontana Arte Avico suspension lamps are suspended 4m above living and dining in the loft space. The 2nd storey protruding corridor into the loft is clad with wallpaper to highlight that there is a 2nd storey in the apartment.
