Client came to me in hopes of having their whole 5 room executive apartment to look spacious , modern as well as clean looking. Concept of the home is Modern Contemporary, not much other brief given by the home owner as they would like the designer to explore the possibilities for them. This home belongs to an old couple with a grownup son. They do have monthly gatherings and one of their requirements is to have lots of storage but at the same time, not to be cluttered. They love the idea of incorporating wood laminates with marbles. As the home belongs to an old couple and a grown up son, the design cannot be too trending modern, but yet required to be aesthetically pleasing. Beautiful but not too daring.
