It's not often you get three styles in one home, and even rarer that it's pulled off as beautifully as this five-room flat in Northshore Drive. When the homeowners approached Raymond from Ovon Design, they asked for a cosy farmhouse aesthetic, with clean Classical elements. As detail was of paramount importance, they took their time to plan everything properly before they began selecting the materials. Spatial flow was another priority, as was storage, since the family had two young children aged 2 and 6. The resulting look includes overlaid vinyl tiles on the living room, kitchen and bedroom floors, as well as wall and floor tiles for both bathrooms.
