He tried his best to deliver the project punctually despite of several barriers and issues encountered during the process and provided valuable opinions and knowledges to us and told us what was possible to be done and what we should re consider and he tried his very best to merge our ideas into his design and ultimate end products was extremely amazing💚

Went to a number of IDs with our floor plan before reaching Our Interior and we did not look back ever since. Jalen earnestly helped us to build our ideal home with maximum storage and space planning practically achieved. The gist of aesthetic, price and workmanship is not neglected whilst working within our budget. Our Interior is definitely recommended to all home owners seeking an ID whom will listen, advise, enhance ideas and execute promptly.

My wife and I met Derrick from Our Interior in June-July 2021. We met him and showed him our floor plan. We put forward our ideas and what we wanted to do with the house. Derrick was very attentive in listening and sharing his views. Derrick understood our requirements and constraints very clearly and delivered a 3D concept which was very aligned to our dream home. I would also like to commend them on their post-sales service as they took responsibility for any minor repair works needed after handover throughout their warranty period regardless of how small or big the repair work was as well as they sincerely accommodated to our schedule. Overall, it was a positive experience after hearing many negative reviews about some IDs in the market. Jalen and team from Our Interior took pride in their works, and passionately helped us in our very first renovation journey. Was introduced by my property agent when i purchased the resales flat. Jie Neng which is the designer & Project Manager was very helpful and informative. The communication was swift and smooth. Jie Neng helped us with keeping our budget and as well as getting the designs that we wanted. When requested upon changes, he understands our wants and worries and does not hesitate to make change. The workmanship was great, i ordered most of the furnitures from taobao and engaged Jie Neng and his team to help me with the installation. Tho there could be difference in the way of installation from Singapore and the chinese way, such as showerheads, the team installed everything without any faults. Our timeline was very tight, in fact we requested the project to be completed by one month because we were kind of in a rush, the team pushed through the targetted timeline. Overall satisfied with the project, would recommend to friends and family!

Had Derrick as our interior designer for our house and he was very responsive and was providing excellent services during the entirety of our renovation and was quick to rectify faults that we had found or to accommodate changes on the design and requirements quickly.
