      This is our first home and Cindy took us up even though we informed her beforehand we do not plan to do big renovation. Even with a small budget, she done a good job to transform it into a cozy and comfortable home for us. She is a thoughtful individual and highlighted the materials carefully, recommending the toilet waterproofing.
