Engaging Ansel and Hui Wen for our stay in renovation was a wise decision. Firstly, they were prompt with our queries from the very beginning. The team was professional, responsive, and transparent in their communication. They provided clear timelines, practical advice, and were always willing to accommodate our requests. We also appreciated how the team organised the process, which made the stay in renovation experience less painful for us. I highly recommended a friendly and experienced ID Huiwen. Working with Huiwen to design my BTO home is an easy and good experience. Since it's just our first met, I can tell she is a good and reliable ID that actually she is fast and able to do what I required from her in terms of designs and the confidence that all are truly well taken care of. She given me regular updates on every progress, and also provided me what work are coming next. Overall it was a very good experience with Huiwen, a ID that truly can trust together with her contractors. House was handed over to me as per committed timeline. I will definitely choose her again if I still need to add any carpentry work. Thank you so much Huiwen and her team.

Fantastic service by Ansel and Jay. They both were very professional and handled everything smoothly. They gave attention to details and made sure our every expectation was met. 

Ansel and Jay are very accommodating and very knowledgeable. Able to give feedback to us if any of our suggestions won't be able to work out and gave their opinions as well. 

They also helped us to rectify some issues after the renovation was completed. Helped us with minor touch ups. Overall we had a very pleasant experience with them. Highly recommended!
